2898983 - Changes to the candidate profile from the application page are not triggering any events (ISC)

When editing the candidate profile fields from the "More Information" portlet on the right side of the job application page, events for Intelligent Services are not being published.

When editing the candidate profile fields directly on the candidate profile, the events are published.

1. Open a job application on a requisition
2. Navigate to the "More Information" section on the right of the page
3. Make a change to one of these fields
4. Navigate to Intelligent Services Center > Update of Candidate Profile > Events, and notice that no events are published

The section for editing the candidate profile on the application page is called the Candidate Profile Snapshot.

This is separate from the candidate profile, and changes here do not flow back to the candidate profile, as they are considered different entities.

Thus, it is expected that no events are published, as neither the Application nor the Candidate Profile are being edited, but the Candidate Profile Snapshot, which does not have any events connected to it.

For the event to be published correctly, please make sure changes are made directly from the Candidate Profile directly, not from the Candidate Profile Snapshot on the Application page.
