Symptom

BR*Tools fails with ORA-00942 on table SYS.SEG$, although the table exists in the database.

Following is an example for BRCONNECT:
BR0280I BRCONNECT time stamp: ***
BR0301E SQL error -942 at location BrLicCheck-177, SQL statement:
'SELECT COUNT(*), NVL(SUM(BLOCKS), 0) FROM SYS.SEG$ WHERE USER# = <n>'
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
