It's required to upgrade to HANA 2 Revision 45 when running on RHEL8.0 + Power9. This is now supported as per SAP note 2777782 - SAP HANA DB: Recommended OS Settings for RHEL 8 and SAP note 2235581 - SAP HANA: Supported Operating Systems. When looking for the media on the software downloads centre, the installation media is HANA 2.0 sps04 rev.40 but according to the notes you need to use HANA 2.0 sps04 rev.45 or newer.
