Symptom

  • You want to use xps (XML Paper Specification) and oxps (Open XML Paper Specification) file types in the SAP system using Archivelink.
  • You do not see any entry for these file types in the customizing transactions for Archivelink.
  • An OXPS file is based on XAML and started supporting many features like: Digital Signature and Digital Rights Managements.
  • An XPS file is a zipped archive file with collection of XML files having text messages, embedded fonts, images, digital signatures, and DRM etc.
