Symptom

  • Rep Agent is down
  • Primary ASE log has the repeating messages:

    • kernel (CI-Info) Message: 76045, Severity: 5 CI Internal Error (2), Stream = 'dbname', requested_size = 524288.
    • kernel (CI-Info) Message: 76004, Severity: 5 Failed to allocate any package(200) for Stream 'dbname'.
    • kernel (CI-Info) Message: 76019, Severity: 5 Failed to create package pool(200, 2097152) for Stream 'dbname'.

      or

    • RepAgent(..): Autoscaling: Warning: The 'buffer pool' cannot grow any further and the scanner will sleep on packages becoming available.
