Reproducing the Issue
- Open the CTI Adapter in your computer.
- Click Start Adapter.
- Click Simulate.
- Navigate to Cloud for Customer system.
- See the call is not received.
Cause
Depending on the browser used, the settings are set to "Not Allow" insecure content and the tenant URL myxxxxxx.crm.ondemand.com is not added to the browser trusted sites list.

- Click on the Cogwheel in the top-right corner.
- Click Internet Options.
- In the popup window, navigate to Security tab.
- Select Trusted Sites.
- Click Sites.
- Add the tenant URL.
- Click Add.
- Click Close.
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
Google Chrome:
- Add the path chrome://settings/content/insecureContent in the chrome search bar.
- Click enter.
- In the Allow section, click Add.
- Add the tenant URL.
- Save the changes.
- Close and open the browser again.
You can also click on the red padlock which is shown near the tenant URL when the call is simulated on Chrome to easily allow the insecure content.
