Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login in to SuccessFactors;
  2. Access some page, in this example we are accessing Employee File, and you noticed that the header homepage was frozen/not movable:

Resolution

Currently its not possible to hide/collapse header homepage. It is the current design of the system.
