2899838 - Underscore character extended by hexadecimal "5F" in ZPL II bar code printout

You print Spool Requests with such Device Types which generate ZPL II (Zebra Programming Language II) print data.
When checking the ZPL II print data, you notice that the data has been altered so that after every underscore character the text '5F' has been added.

This may happen with:

• SmartForms spools, when LZEB* Device Types are used.
• ADS (Adobe Document Services) spools, when a ZPL XDC file is used.

This issue does not happen when the SmartForm spools are printed with the YZB* Device Types.
(For this reason, this KBA is not valid for SmartForms processed by YZB* Device Types.)
