2899848 - Missing Clear button for operators in job requisition

The Clear button is missing for some operators on the job requisition details page.

The reason why the button is missing is because the operator is a required field. If the operator is required then it will not be possible to save the form if the field is blank. Therefore, the Clear button will only appear beside operator fields that are set to required=false in the job requisition template.
