2900063 - Client machine specific error - Database error -9300 when refreshing error

Symptom

  • User cannot refresh a report when opening and refreshing the report from a specific client machine.
  • On the server Database error -9300 at OPC appears in SM21 log.
  • The same user, using the same credential, connecting from another client machine can refresh the report.
  • All client machines have the same versions of all third party software and EPM Add-in installed.
