2900360 - Empty Mapped and Unmapped status lists in Advanced Analytics Administration - Recruiting Marketing

Why are the status lists for "Mapped and Unmapped" both empty in my Analytics Administration > Status Mappings?

Usually, the reason why the lists of statuses would be empty, is because no Data has been imported from Recruiting Management yet.

To check that, you can contact your Implementation Partner and/or go to Command Center > Site name > Click on Recruiting Marketing Advanced Analytics > Integration Settings.

If it is blank in front of the line "Last ATS Data File Import Date", then it is normal that the status list is empty.

Make sure that you fill all the mandatory fields in the Integration Settings page, save, and wait for the next import to check the status. We recommend waiting for at least 24 hours prior to reach out to Support for assistance.
