2900360 - Empty Mapped and Unmapped status lists in Advanced Analytics Administration

Why are the status lists for both, Mapped and Unmapped, empty in my Analytics Administration > Status Mappings?

Usually, the reason why the lists of status would be empty, is because no Data has been imported from Recruiting Management yet.

To check that, please contact your implementation partner and then go to Command center > Select the site name > Click on Recruiting Marketing Advanced Analytics > Integration Settings.

If it is blank in front of the line "Last ATS Data File Import Date", it's normal that the status list is empty.

Make sure that you fill all the mandatory fields, save and wait for the next import to check the status.
