Symptom

  • SLT replication of Oracle table fails
  • Failed to create logging table /1CADMC/00000XXX for table NODE
  • SQL message: con=4(IPADDRESS:1521/DATABASE): ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
  • ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
    Creating function IOV failed with SQL error 1031
    ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
    SQL function RTRIM2 does not exist (orc=1403).
    SQL function CONCAT3 does not exist (orc=1403).
  • Failed to create synonym
    ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
