2900628 - Sync values from Application to Candidate Profile after application was completed - RCM

Is there a way to sync the information from the application to the candidate profile that was edited after the application occurred?

1. Candidate applies to a job requisition
2. As recruiter, edit some fields on the application and click save
3. Notice that this information is not synched to the Candidate Profile.

This is expected behaviour if the user with the Edit Candidate Snapshot permission button is not part of the dynamic group with write permission in the Candidate Profile

The system syncs the information from the the Application to the Candidate Profile, when the application is started by the candidate. When the candidate submits the application the information changed or added in the fields that are present in both templates are synched.

This sync only happens in this specific moment, which means that if a change is done, either by the candidate or by the Recruiter using the edit snapshot feature, this will not reflect on the Candidate Profile. Only if this user is also part of a dynamic group with write permission in the Candidate Profile, then the change made in the application snapshot is also copied in the candidate profile. This action is one direction only from the snapshot to the Candidate Profile, as per this section of the Guide: Job Application Button Permission Configuration
