Symptom

The following error is generated when applying a DDL that adds multiple partitions:

The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a valid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it returned:
SQL0628N Multiple or conflicting keywords involving the "ADD PARTITION"
clause are present. SQLSTATE=42613
