2900730 - Question on Trace Flags used in ASE 15.7; are they still needed in SAP ASE 16.0 SP03

Symptom

There are a number of trace flags used in 15.7  - should they be used in ASE 16.0 SP03

Specifically looking at trace flags:

  • 758 - Enable large ELC
  • 753 - Disable large allocation auto tune in memory manager
  • 16976 - When enabled, will disable the removal of filter predicate for special OR scans implemented under CR 696676-1.
  • 7867 - Print diagnostic information for errors in ssl_server_handshake and ssl_client_handshake.
  • 1198 - Avoid SH_INT acquisition to the extent possible, for built-ins relying on OAM (callers of pg__oambuiltin()), prior to checking OAM for the relevant page counts.

Are these trace flags still valid in ASE 16.0 SP03?
