2901154 - Inspection lot is created for vendor with certified QM system

Actual QM system is maintained for the vendor in Vendor Master (transaction XK02).

For the maintained QM system, indicator 'Certified QM System - Skip' (field: V_TQ02B-QSSYSZERT) is active in the relevant customizing (transaction QCC0 ---> QM in Logistics ---> QM in Procurement ---> Define QM Systems).

But when goods receipt from the affected vendor is posted, new inspection lot is created despite vendor certification.
