Symptom

Key Indicator does not refresh automatically after the relationship is created.

  • If the parent entity has no Foreign identifiers, then the key indicator is created, but the number does not increment when you created a new relationship. 
  • If the parent entity already has Foreign Indicators associated, then no indicator is created when you add a new relationship.
