Symptom

SAP Cloud Connector(SCC) WebUI access fails, and following error is perceived:

#[Fatal Error] :1:1: Premature end of file.|
ERROR#com.sap.scc.config#Start Level Event Dispatcher# #Potential config file corruption, failed to load /opt/sap/scc/scc_config/..../<xml file>.xml|
org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/]#Start Level Event Dispatcher#
#Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class com.sap.scc.ui.rt.SccContextListener
com.sap.scc.servlets.FatalSccException: Premature end of file.
Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1; Premature end of file.
