2901254 - Error "cannot update or delete. Actuals have been posted" occurred when changing the duration of the work package.

When changing the duration(start date or end date) of a work package, following error occurs.
/CPD/SS_MESSAGES/169 : "cannot update or delete. Actuals have been posted"

1. Go to "Work Packages" tab of a customer project.
2. Change the "Duration" field of a work package then hit enter.
3. Click "Save" button.

There have been actuals posted against the work package.
The posting date of the actuals fall outside of the changed duration.

1. Go to app "Projects - Actuals" to find out the earliest posting date and latest posting date against the work package (WBS).
2. Change the start date of the duration to a date no later(<=)  than the earliest posting date and
   change the end date of the duration to a date no earlier(>=) than the latest posting date.
