2901261 - Undetermined response code returned by target web server for URL(2)

ADS bundling scenario does not work. Report FP_CHECK_HTTP_DATA_TRANSFER returns the folllowing error while load balancer(e.g. sap message server) is not in use:

SYSTEM ERROR: ADS: com.adobe.ads.destination.DestinationException: Undetermined response code returned by target web server for URL: http://<abap host>:<abap port>/sap/bc/fpads/output/ADS_......(200.101).
