2901597 - Number of Positions display option not showing current value

Symptom

  • The Number of Positions display option is not showing the current value.
  • For example, on the Job Requisitions Details page we can see that there are 0 openings remaining, but the display option still shows 1.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Check the number of openings remaining on the job requisition from the Job Requisition Details page:


  2. Check the number of positions display option value for the same job requisition
  3. Compare the values and notice the display option is not showing the current value.

Resolution

This is the expected behaviour of the system. The display option is not designed to dynamically show the number of openings left, but is designed to show the total number of openings that a job requisition has been assigned. 

Note: SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting is no longer accepting enhancement requests; future recruiting development investment is focused on SmartRecruiters.
