While performing the manual implementation steps of SAP Note 2730525 - Consuming the Note Search Webservice, an error message occurs in SOAMANAGER in Step 7 (Ping Web Service):
"Connect to apps.support.sap.com:443 failed: NIECONN_REFUSED(-10)"
