2901777 - Contact Names are Displayed Incorrectly for Country China

You find that the Chinese Contact names are displayed incorrectly in the system. The first name appears before the last name. But for the country China, the last name should appear before the first name.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Account Management Work Center, Contacts View
2. Search for Contact ABC (where ABC stands for the Contact)
3. It displays as "X Y". But the First Name is X, Last Name is Y. The country is China.
4. For other contacts, for example: Contact: EFG (where EFG stands for the Contact)
5. It displays as "M N". The First Name is N, Last Name is M.
6. For the country China, The last name should appear before the first name. 
7. So you expect the Contact ABC displays as "Y X".

You have to maintain a value for the field "Country Name Format". If something (i.e. CN) is maintained there,the display order will be correct.

1. Go to Account Management Work Center, Contacts View
2. Open the Contact which you want to edit
3. Click View All Button
4. Navigate to the General tab
5. Click Additional Name Fields
6. Maintain CN-China for the field Country for Name Format
