Symptom
After many successful schedules to Office 365 through BI Platform's SMTP Destination, all of the sudden, all schedules begin to fail with the following error message:
"address error. [Error sending address(es) to SMTP server. Return code: [SMTP 550 - Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable.]. Reason: [exampleemail@example_domain.com].]: [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]
