2902382 - Run Load Leveling is ineffective for Resource ABC

When you perform Run Load Leveling for Resource ABC(where ABC is resource ID) nothing happens and the resource is still overloaded.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supply Planning workcenter and Resource Load view
2. Select Resource ABC and Open
3. Select the record for Start Date where the resource is overloaded i.e. >100%
4. Run Load Leveling and Input Start Date  and End Date and OK.
You will receive a message that Load Leveling is Finished but nothing changes

There are could be many production proposals that are in Firmed status which consume the resource on the overloaded date.
Since the proposals are in firm status the load levelling will not consider and not perform any changes.

Planner has to  revisit the Firmed Proposals and check whether they can Undo-firm those proposals and retry.

Steps to Undo-Firm the proposals-
1. Go to Supply Control workcenter and Process Production Proposals view.
2. Select the Production Proposal ID and Open Product Planning Details
3. Select the proposal and Undo-Firm.
