2902515 - BC_WORKITEM Dataaging: Could not allocate value ****** for column

Symptom

Data aging job fails with partition error:
"cannot determine partition for each row with error: Error allocating rows to parts; Could not allocate value '20091210' for column '_D."

The table has no OTHERS part. Create a new partition for the value.
