2902617 - Bank Statement TIS Integration: System Crashes While Clicking Request Bank Statement

You have activated TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) integration for bank statements in ByDesign.

However, while trying to Request Bank Statement the system crashes.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Liquidity Management work center.
2. Go to the Bank Statements view.
3. Click the Request Bank Statement button.
4. System crashes.

Among other possible causes, the system crash might happen due to missing Service Provider ID in the Bank Account configuration for the Bank Account ID ABC for which the bank statement is to be created.

ABC means the Bank Account ID.

The Service Provider ID should be maintained as follows:

1. Go to the Liquidity Management work center.
2. Go to the My Banks view.
3. Select My Bank ID XXX (XXX represents My Bank ID) for the bank containing Bank Account ID ABC.
4. Click Edit > Bank Accounts.
5. Select Bank Account ID ABC and maintain the Service Provider ID.

Remark: the Service Provider ID is the payment service provider. The entry is shown in the list as soon as you have created the provider as a supplier in the master data record.

Once you save the change, the Request Bank Statement functionality should work properly and the bank statement for Bank Account ID ABC should be created.
