Symptom
You hired an employee with past dated hire date (ex. Jan 1 2010) and the Time Accounts accrued only for 2 years

Reproducing the Issue
- Hire an employee with past dated hire date (ex. Jan 1 2010)
- After hiring, Time accounts from hire date(2010) to present are created
- But the accruals are only present 2 years from the hire date
Resolution
This is an expected behavior.
If you hire someone in the past, accruals are created automatically only for the first 2 years after hire. Afterwards, a manual change calendar needs to be run via Manage Time Off Calendar
NOTE: maximum accrual calculation horizon in month depends on the accrual frequency as daily accruals are most critical from performance / risk of memory overflow point of view. Refer to table below for Maximixum accrual creation.
