What is the difference between the Calibration (Manager) tile and Calibration (Specialist) tile in Homepage v3?

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

There are two Calibration tiles available in Manage Home Page that act as shortcuts to the Calibration page:

• Calibration (Manager)
• Calibration (Specialist)

Both tiles are simply named "Calibration" on the Home page:

Both of these tiles will appear under the following Manage Home Page sections under the Default tab (the tiles can be moved to different sections using the "Move To" selection).

• Calibration (Manager) appears under My Team

• Calibration (Specialist) appears under My Speciality

• Tiles situated under these sections will only be available to the users if they have been granted the "View Calibration tab" permission and the tile group permission under which the tile is included.
• The permission to the Homepage v3 sections are granted via Manage Permission Roles > Homepage v3 Tile Group Permission:

• Managers with direct/indirect reports will have access to the Calibration (Manager) tile and non-Managers will have access to the Calibration (Specialist) tile.
• The Calibration shortcut tile can only be enabled once on the Home page.  For example, if the user is a Manager, the Calibration (Manager) tile will be available under whichever tile group it is included, as the Manager role takes precedence.
