2903095 - Explanation About The Expand All and Collapse All Buttons in an EZ Rater Section - Performance Management

• Is it possible to hide the Expand All and Collapse All buttons in the Competency/Goals section when the EZ Rater section mode is enabled?
• Why are the Expand All and Collapse All buttons not functioning when clicking on them?

• When EZ-Rater section mode is enabled, the Competencies/Goals are ordered in a simple, compact user interface for rating and comparing against other ratings, as well as providing real-time, on-form gap analysis.
• The Expand All and Collapse All buttons at the top of the EZ Rater section UI will appear by default when EZ Rater is enabled as the section mode.
• The end user can choose to click Expand All to open all Competencies/Goals listed, or click on each Competency/Goal to expand/collapse one-by-one:

• When expandend, the item comments, Others Ratings/Comments, or Gap Analysis graphic will display under each Competency/Goal.  If Behaviours are enabled, these will also display under the Competencies:

If no permission has been granted for the Item Comment field or Others Rating tab, then the Competencies/Goals will display in a list, and the EZ Rater list will not show any individual expand icons next to those items:

• There is currently no way to remove the Expand All or Collapse All buttons from the top of the section once EZ Rater is enabled.
