2903142 - Select Transport Request dialog for FUBR, Profile, or Condition is not displayed in SAP TM

• SAP Transportation Management Transport Requests
• You are creating Freight unit building rule (FUBR), Profile, or Condition. System saves the object (FUBR, profile, or condition), but it's not available in SPRO configuration when setting up logistics integration profile, or other places where the object is expected to appear.  The table related to the object, such as /SCMTMS/D_FUBRPQ for FUBR, does not have this object as an entry in the table.
• On sandbox system, creating this object, such as Freight unit building rule (FUBR), asks for transport request and saves FUBR, and it is available in SPRO configuration when setting up logistics integration profile. Table /SCMTMS/D_FUBRPQ have this FUBR created.
