Symptom

In Fiori App Sales Performance - Predictions, when the field 'Display Currency' is being filled, the following error occurs.

Runtime Error: 'RAISE_SHORTDUMP'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated.
If you use SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, please create an case. Otherwise, if "Runtime Error" is not initial,
launch ADT feed "Runtime Errors" or transaction ST22 / SM21 (system log analysis) for details and analysis.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click Fiori App 'Sales Performance - Predictions';
  2. Fill the field 'Display Currency' in the screen of 'Adapt Filters';
  3. The error mentioned occurs.

Cause

The error is due to the missing of currency conversion rate.

Resolution

To fix this error, the corresponding exchange rates need to be maintained in Fiori App 'Currency Exchange Rates' with business role SAP_BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT.
