2903553 - "The invitation list is processing" is stuck on Send Invites page in SAP Jam

Customer tried to import a csv on the "Send Invite" page on a SAP Jam group but the invitation screen got locked or stuck. It is not possible to cancel or send other invitations.

SAP Jam Collaboration

1. Navigate to SAP Jam
2. Go to a group
3. Click Invite
4. Click "+import CSV"
5. Select the csv file

There is a delayed job to asynchronously add those users to the groups. Since these jobs are stored in queue and executed with their own priorities, there might be some delay on their executions. On when to start the job and how long it will take cannot be foreseen as it depends on all jobs in queue and the data volume in each job.

SAP Jam Engineering team is considering this to be an enhancement by changing the priority or changing the code.
