Symptom
In order to troubleshoot issues related to Report Story, SAP support requires access to the instance.
Report Story creation or existing report stories are not available when logging via support access.

Resolution
This is currently a limitation.
Customer will have to update the credentials in the secure area while raising any case or case.
SAP support shall login to the instance via these credentials and gain access to the Report Story .
