2903872 - What prompts new hire's to re-sign their I9

Symptom

Candidate is requested to re-sign their I9 form along with the Hiring Manager

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

Candidiate/Hiring Manager has already Signed the I9 form, but now they are requested to re-sign the form again.

Cause

If the candidate or the Hiring Manager notices a discrepancy with some information related to the candidate they can restart the NES step and the candidate will be required to complete the NES for a second time.

Once the NES is completed for a second time, a new I9 form will be generated and the candidate will need to re-sign this along with their Hiring Manager to ensure that both parties agree the data is correct and compliant.

Resolution

This is the expected behaviour of the system.
When the process is restarted to correct/amend information then a new I9 form will be generated and both the candidate and Hiring Manager will be asked to re-sign the form.
