• Is it possible to remove the preferences tab in Recruiting?

• Is it possible to any of the sub-tabs in the Preference Tab: My Saved Questions, My Saved Rating Scales, My Recruiting Team Preferences, My Display Preferences?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

If a user has access to recruiting (i.e. is an operator on a requisition or part of a recruiting team), they will also have access to the Preferences tab.

There is no way to restrict the visibility of this tab once the user has access to recruiting.

Also, for the same reason, it is not possible to remove the sub-tabs in the Preference Tab: My Saved Questions, My Saved Rating Scales, My Recruiting Team Preferences, My Display Preferences.

Note: There's also no specific permission in Recruiting to control "Create more rating scales" in "MY SAVED RATING SCALES" tab.
