2903968 - Failed or missing users during IPS provisioning from SF source to IAS target - User email [ ] not valid

Symptom

While provisioning from SAP SuccessFactors (SF) to Identity Authentication service (IAS) entities are failed to synchronize. The following error can be seeing in job logs:
