2904023 - Error Required feature/Permission are not enabled in Process Flow updation page - Onboarding

• When you try to update the Process Flow for Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0 below error is received.
• Required feature/Permission are not enabled

Successfactors Onboarding

Login to Instance and Open Update Process Flow for Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0

Service user was not created or Service user do not have required permission

1) Go to Manage Permission Groups-> Open OnboardingBPEServiceUser.
2) Verify if and users are added. If no users are added, add the user and SAVE
3) Next provide Permission to Inheriting Proxy Rights From a Service User. Follow the below Steps.

A) Go to Admin Center.
B) In the Tools Search field, enter Proxy Management. Access the tool by clicking on the search result.
C) Under Grant ProxyWho will act as the proxy(username), enter the username who will inherit the proxy rights.
Click Find Users to search users in the system.
D) Under Grant ProxyWhich account holder will the proxy act on behalf of (username), enter the username of the service user.
Click Find Users to search users in the system.
E) Under Get Proxy Rights, select BPE Task Execution.
F)Select Save.

Once done go to Update the Process Flow for Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0 page, Select the Process and Service User and then SAVE the process flow.
