Symptom

SAP Cloud Connector(SCC) connection to SAP BTP platform fails with errors similar to below:


   #ERROR#com.sap.scc.ui#http-bio-8443-exec-4##
   Preparation of tunnel certificate for<<REGION>>account failed.
   Caused by: java.net.UnknownHostException: proxy at java.net.Inet6AddressImpl.lookupAllHostAddr(Native Method)   

   OR


   #ERROR#com.sap.core.connectivity.tunnel.client.reconnect.AbstractReconnectableClient#notification-client-4-1# Connect client to 'connectivitynotification.hana.ondemand.com:443' failed:    
   java.net.UnknownHostException: Failed to resolve 'connectivitynotification.hana.ondemand.com' after <N> queries
