2904122 - Traceflag 14325 - ASE

Symptom

Traceflag 14325 is introduced to provide additional validation for the free offset on APL table, before performing delete or update on the APL page. This validation is done by default on the diagserver binary, but must be turned on with TF 14325 for dataserver. If the validation encounters an issue, a message is output to the errorlog:

<function_name>: Object Id: <number>, Page number: <page number>, offset expected: <offset> offset found: <offset>
