Instance refresh via tool (IRT) failed due to error code "sourceAndTargetDifferentCustomer", as seen in the IRT logs.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Enter the instance > Instance Refresh Tool
2. Schedule an instance refresh via tool > it fails
3. Download logs
4. Logs show error message: "sourceAndTargetDifferentCustomer"

The tool performs a validation to ensure both the tenants belongs to same customer. "sourceAndTargetDifferentCustomer" is a validation error showing that the source and target tenant customer finance Ids do not match or are undefined.

Raise a ticket to Customer Support with component: LOD-SF-SER-REF. Kindly provide the logs from the tool and the business impact.
