2905252 - Unable to download IDOC/XML in Business Communication Monitoring

You cannot download the IDOC of a document in Business Communication Monitoring

 or

Nothing happens when you click on download button of a message in Business Communication Monitoring

SAP Business ByDesign

1.Go to Application user management work center

2.Go to Business Communication Monitoring view

3.Choose all Business messages

4.Search and select the document

5.Click on Download button

Nothing is downloaded

System generally archives and deletes old xml messages  greater than 42 days

So we don't  allow download after 42 days

cannot download XML, cannot down load IDoc, cannot download the message , KBA , AP-RC-DF-BMV , Business Document Message Monitoring View , AP-POP-PO , Purchase Order , Problem
