2905312 - Team member or service is empty under work tab of Project

After you do the time confirmation you expect the details to reflect in the work tab of project

SAP Business ByDesign

Go to Project management work center

Go to Projects view

Search and open the Project

Go to sub tab work

Where you may see only employee or service maintained in an entry and not both.

When a time confirmation is done by that employee you expect the service in time confirmation will appear here against  the employee.

 or

when other employee does time confirmation against the service appearing here you would expect that employee to appear here against the service.

We don't change what was already maintained by you under work tab.

The correct work package for the assignment of a time confirmation is determined in the following order :

1. Same service and same team member

2. Same team member

3. Same service

also once this is done system does not fill the respective service or employee against the maintained work packages under work tab as per current development.

The time confirmations will be assigned to work package as mentioned above and they would be visible under Display History tab.

Also if there is nothing maintained under work tab and when a time confirmation is done  then we see that Service appears under work tab and employee will be empty.
