2905550 - Chrome version 75 Interferes with Knoa Chrome Extension Installation

• Google Chrome 75. This version ended support for CRX2 formatted extensions, which has been the format of our Knoa Chrome Extension (with the latest released version being 2.10).
• The initial installation of the Knoa Chrome Extension will no longer work in Chrome 75 (or higher).
• This issue impacts all customers that:
  • Are using the Knoa Chrome Extension 
  • Add users that have not installed the Knoa Chrome Extension previously and
  • Have upgraded their Chrome browser to version 75 (or higher).
• Users that already have the Knoa Chrome Extension installed will continue to get monitored and are not impacted by this issue.
