2905565 - Field not appearing on Recruit-To-Hire feature - Onboarding

Symptom

Custom field is not appearing on the recruit-to-hire feature, even it is a field with exact same configuration of other fields.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Recruit-to-hire data mapping page
  2. Add Variant to be mapped
  3. When mapping the field it does not appear on the drop-down
  4. Other field with same configuration appear

Cause

This is being caused by a UI Glitch

Resolution

In order to fix this issue, do the following:

  1. Check the data-type on the requisition template XML and the Data models
  2. Re-upload the template again
