2905616 - Unexpected authorization error displaying Purchase Requisition

When you try to display a Purchase Requisition in the 'Display Purchase Requisition' - Advance APP  (ME53n) you receive 'Authorisation missing' errors for the Document type, Plant, Purchase Org and Purchasing Group. This is not expected because your user ID has full authorisation to display Purchase Requisitions.

Enter your Purchase Requisition Number and press return

When any user displays a Purchase Requisition an authorisation check is also carried out against the user that created the Purchase Requisition.
If you are getting this error it is likely that the user that created the Purchase Requisition (EBAN-ERNAM) no longer has the authorisation roles to display a Purchase Requisitions, they are locked or have been deleted completely.

If it is necessary to view the Purchase Requisition, then the user will have to be re-assigned the required roles. If the user is missing the system adminstrator would need to re-create the CB user. This can be done using the templates in the 'Import Employee' APP.
