Symptom

  • You can perform various operations to manage your email templates that include adding, editing, reusing, copying or deleting email templates.
  • Email Services in Onboarding provide a set of preconfigured email templates. As an administrator, you can create new templates or reuse preconfigured ones as per your business requirements. 
  • This documents refer on how to add/reuse and existing template for Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into Instance
  2. Access Email Services
  3. Select Manage Templates
  4. Cannot find template you need
  5. Looks like it's not there / not enabled / deleted

Resolution

  1. Access Email Services
  2. Active Templates
  3. Manage Templates
  4. Select "Plus" in the top right corner
  5. Reuse Templates
  6. Select template you were missing
  7. Select Add To Active List
