You find the following warning message in campaign execution log.

"User * does not have authorization for privilege mode 'TG Rebuild'"

Check the campaign execution log.

• To be short, the lack authorization for privilege mode does not affect the campaign execution or other business transactions. System still checks the necessary authorization for target group rebuild / campaign execution then.
• In one business transaction, many wide-spread authorizations might be necessary, e.g. upon upload / deletion / manipulation of data. And it would be complex to maintain all authorization in one business role / business catalog, so here "privilege mode" is introduced. If a user is granted with the predefined authorization for privilege mode, then it is active to set the complete session into a mode that no further authorization checks are executed.

This is not an issue. In case you want to grant user authorization for privilege mode "TG Rebuild", you can assign business catalog SAP_CEC_BC_MKT_AJB_PC (Marketing Application Jobs) to the user.
