2906590 - BIP Connection Status is always 2 (Failure)

•  BIP Connection Status metric is always showing 2 (failure) while the server is online and connection is working:

* In SAP Focused Run the metric is BIP CMS Script Connection Status, VALUE:2.000

• When you run the DumpKPIs script on OS Command Console it fails with the following error:
