2907070 - AO unable to update file, External component has thrown an exception.

Users are unable to overwrite files saved to the server root folder.
Users are able to save files to the server root folder initially, then when attempting to make updates and saving over them an access error is generated

External component has thrown an exception.

User log in attempted in both Excel AO directly and also through the Web Client link.
It does not work for anyone.

Applies to Multiple environmnets and products.
